Culinary Specialist prepares for African American Heritage Month Luncheon
Culinary Specialist Seaman Jarvis Scott, assigned to Naval Air Facility Atsugi’s Far East Café, scoops mashed potatoes into a pan to serve during the base’s African American Heritage Month Luncheon. The event was held in honor of Black History Month and was open to all service members and their families, retirees, DoD civilians and Japanese Maritime Self- Defense Force service members.
