SASEBO, Japan (Nov. 15, 2016) Petty Officer 1st Class Patrick Barnes, from Panama City, Fla., administers intravenous (IV) therapy to a patient aboard amphibious assault ship USS Bonhomme Richard (LHD 6). The ship is provides a rapid-response capability in the event of a regional contingency or natural disaster.
