Retired U.S. Marine Corps Lt. Col. Andrew Pushart, former commanding officer of Marine Aerial Refueler Transport Squadron (VMGR) 152, addresses the audience during a change of command ceremony at Marine Corps Air Station Iwakuni, Japan, June 15, 2018.
