Airlifter of the Week: Staff Sgt. Amber Graham
Staff Sgt. Amber Graham is this week's Airlifter of the Week. She serves as an Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention and Treatment (ADAPT) technician with the 374th Medical Operations Squadron here at Yokota.
She managed the Wing ADAPT Program and Mental Health Clinic simultaneously for 5 providers and 100 appointments a week and maintained 98% Access to Care rating for “routine” appointments and 100% for acute appointments. Her efforts resulted in 90 additional appointments per week and significantly greater access to care for base personnel.
She spearheaded Mental Health & ADAPT Outreach including the anti-stigma Early Action Poster Campaign and 2 radio spots and multiple briefings focused on responsible alcohol use.
For these and her many other great accomplishments Sergeant Graham is recognized as this week's Airlifter of the Week.
