NAVAL AIR STATION ATSUGI, Japan (Feb. 23, 2018) Master-at-Arms 1st Class David Paul Pope Jr., from Detroit, delivers a history of African American service members in the U.S. Military during a Black History Month ceremony at Naval Air Facility (NAF) Atsugi’s chapel.

NAF Atsugi’s diversity committee held the ceremony to honor, recognize and celebrate African Americans for their dedication and service in the U.S. Military.
