Delicious deep-fried pork cutlets in Iwakuni
Try Katsufuku’s signature “tonkatsu chaduke” for 1,490 yen ($12). It’s a deep-fried pork cutlet, boiled rice and strips of cabbage served with a side of light kelp stock to bring out the flavor and texture of the premium pork, and all the rice and cabbage you can eat. They also offer “yakiniku”- style barbecued choice cuts of Kagoshima black pork loin grilled at your table (800 yen each), bone-in sparerib (2,200 yen) and thick-cut loin (2,800 yen).
