Commemorating 20th anniversary of Kawasaki Halloween, a biggest Halloween parade in Japan, the officials expect more crowds of 12,000 people drew last year to scale up a Halloween Parade from Lazona Kawasaki Plaza to LA CITTADELLA, along with various attractions on Oct. 29-30, Kawasaki city Kagagawa prefecture.
