Organic Veggie-Friendly Eats in Osaka: Asashoku
Mioko Nagashima, a lecturer at National Institute of Fitness and Sports in Kanoya, supervises the menu of Asushoku. All set meals at this restaurant come with rice, soup and three small main dishes, which is said to be the standard style of a traditional Japanese meal. Their original rice is a blend of quinoa and rice germ; it is very tender and delicious. Their signature offering is the daily meal set made with combinations of ingredients based on sports nutrition and changed every day. The clean and warm interior is spacious enough to hold up to ninety seats and terrace seats are also available.
