Aviation Boatswain’s Mate (Handling) Airman Amado Banosderrickson (left) and Gunner’s Mate 2nd Class Dillon Lee verify that an M240B machine gun is clear and safe during a live fire exercise aboard the amphibious transport dock ship USS Green Bay (LPD 20). Green Bay is underway after completing a successful 9-month selective restricted availability maintenance period. Green Bay is attached to the Bonhomme Richard Amphibious Ready Group and is currently underway conducting sea trials in the U.S. 7th Fleet area of operation.
