Yokosuka, Japan. -  The USO Show Troupe will be visiting multiple bases throughout Japan to pay tribute to the Men and Women serving in Japan and their families.  The USO Show Troupe is part of an American Tradition that goes back 70 years to its beginnings in the muddy camp shows of the South Pacific. Today, the pride and passion that fueled that early music lives on through the USO Show Troupe.

Performing live annually for more than 600,000 troops and family members worldwide and nationally televised audiences, the USO Show Troupe presents top of the line entertainment with performers possessing extensive Broadway, Off-Broadway, film and TV credits. Musical arrangements are produced in collaboration with Grammy, Emmy and Tony Award winning writers and arrangers, and costumes are designed and created by Broadway costume designers and internationally recognized fashion designers.

The Show Troupe maintains a broad repertoire of music that includes patriotic, big band, 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s, disco, Motown, country, Broadway and current top 40 hits as well.

For our military, the Show Troupe perform at deployment ceremonies, homecoming events, family appreciation events, commissioning and christening ceremonies, retirements, change of commands, military hospitals, veterans homes and hospitals, VFW’s and American Legion Posts, parades and Fleet Weeks and Air Shows around the world, to name a few.
