Two U.S. Army Soldiers from Camp Zama, Japan, each received a distinct honor June 10, 2015, in Tokyo with the presentation of Japan's Defense Cooperation Award Medal - 3rd Class and achievement certificate. Lieutenant Col. Daniel D. Jones and Sgt. Maj. Michael Quinn, battalion commander and command sergeant major respectively, are assigned to the 441st Military Intelligence Battalion. They were recognized for their close bilateral cooperation with the Japan Self-Defense Forces.
