Sullivan's Zoo-to-do project
Students from Mrs. Lamay, Mrs. Sibayan and Ms. Torres' 2nd grade classes at Sullivans Elementary School in Yokosuka, Japan enjoyed an interesting collaborative school science project recently called Zoo-to-do. Students were combined into groups of five and each student then worked with his or her group to research one of 11 environments. They used that research to create a prototype picture of what their environment would look like and then created 3D representations of the environment. Following this, students worked together to present each environment to the three other participating classes.
