Lt. Gen. Salvatore Angelella, U.S. Forces, Japan, and 5th Air Force commander, expresses his concerns about sexual assualt in the military May 8, 2014, at Yokota Air Base, Japan. Angelella said that sexual assualt has no place in the military and informed the room full of military members that prevention has to be a year-round priority.
