YOKOTA AIR BASE, Japan -- A Marine with the 3rd Reconnaissance Battalion, 3rd Marine Division, III Marine Expeditionary Force, stows suspension lines preparing a parachute on Jan. 11, 2017, at Yokota Air Base, Japan. The Marine unit spent the week working on their parachute qualifications practicing static line and high-altitude, low-opening jumps.
