The holiday season officially kicked off, Dec 3 as Camp Zama community members enjoyed a holiday concert hosted by United States Army Japan band at Camp Zama’s Music Theater. After the concert, community members joined the USARJ Pacific Brass band, Col. Joy L. Curriera, commander of U.S. Army Garrison Japan, and Zahriah Sellers, winner of the Cindy/Charlie Lou contest for Camp Zama, at the main gate for the start of the annual tree-lighting ceremonies.

The next tree-lighting ceremony will be at Sagamihara Family Housing Area, Dec 4 at 6 p.m., conducted by Col. Curriera and Zama community member, Ella Fuesting, winner of the Cindy/Charlie Lou contest for SFHA. Community members should gather by the tree next to the SFHA gate.

Traffic will be re-directed during the event.

The final tree-lighting ceremony will be conducted at Sagami General Depot, Dec 5 at 6 p.m.
