The Female Mentorship Program was held on Sept. 29 at Camp Asaka. Command Sgt. Maj. Katrina M. Najee, the U.S. Army Garrison command sergeant major, was among the bilateral mixture of guests. This program is intended to enhance the bond between the U.S. female Soldiers and Japanese female members from the Japan Ground Self-Defense Force, in order for both organizations to share common problems, and also differences, in which they could learn from one another.
