MISAWA AIR BASE, Japan -- The 13th Aircraft Maintenance Unit load crew beat out their 14 AMU rival for the 4th Quarter Load Crew Competition at Misawa Air Base, Japan, Jan. 10, 2014. Each load crew is comprised of a team chief, a two-man, and a three-man. The teams battle for the best overall combined scores in four distinct categories: dress and appearance inspection, composite tool kit inspection, a written test, and the best weapons load with the least discrepancies.
